Dear Brothers, Sisters, and Colleagues,
Welcome back to another school year!
As we begin a new year, I want to take a moment to welcome each of you back and express my sincere appreciation for the dedication, professionalism, and care you bring to our schools and our students every day.
A new school year brings new opportunities, new challenges, and undoubtedly, a few surprises along the way. Through it all, I am proud to stand alongside each of you as your Union President. The work we do matters-not only to our students and families, but to the strength and future of our entire educational community.
Our union is strongest when we stand together. As we move forward this year, let’s continue to support one another, advocate for safe and respectful working conditions, protect the rights of our members, and make sure every member knows that they have a union behind them.
Please remember that you are not alone. Whether you need support, have a question or simply want to share a concern, your union is here for you. Your voice matters, and together, our collective voice is powerful.
I wish each of you a successful, fulfilling, and positive school year. May this year bring growth, meaningful connections, and many moments that remind us why we chose this profession in the first place.
