Marci Elman will handle the First Step Grievance Process. I would ask our members to go to your building rep with a concern and you want to file a grievance. Your building rep will reach out to Marci first. She will go over the contract to see if a violation has occurred. If so, she will then forward the concern to me to work with her on the next step process.
